Robert Dakessian
President / CEO
Robert is an executive with proven growth expertise in the healthcare service industry. Robert has over 30 years of Healthcare Service and leadership experience. He is the founder of Genesis Medical Imaging, Inc. in 1998 and its' subsidiary companies: Genesis Magnet Services, LLC. in 2000, Genesis Mobile Partners, LLC. in 2003, and Co-Founded BioCare Clinical Engineering & Management Services, LLC. in 2005. Prior to his current role as President & CEO of Genesis Medical Imaging, Robert's experience includes various field service engineering and field service operations management positions with InnoServ Technologies, Inc from 1985 to 2008; He also held a CT manufacturing position with General Electric Company between 1982 to 1985. Robert earned his BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from Devry University in Chicago and has numerous leadership and management certificates earned over the years. Robert has been married for 25 years, has 3 children, and enjoys traveling around the world with his family.
David Sindelar
CFO
David Sindelar is the Chief Financial Officer who manages all of the financial aspects for each company within Genesis. He is a Certified Public Accountant with 26 years experience and has served as a Chief Financial Officer for the last 16 years. David started his career in public accounting and has worked in a variety of industries including printing, manufacturing and medical services.
Wayne Tschirn
VP, Operations
Wayne Tschirn provides leadership for the company's team of Field Service Engineers. He has served as a Partner of Business Development and Implementation, LLC of Wheeling, Illinois. In his 35 year career, he has held positions from Engineer to Regional Service Manager to President of Technical Services Group, working for both OEM's and Comdisco, Inc.
Randal Walker
VP, Sales
Randal Walker is Vice President of Sales for Genesis. His team includes Regional Sales Managers, an Inside Sales Manager and a Marketing and Contract Administrator. He has served at Genesis Medical Imaging, Inc., for three years now. He began at Genesis as a Regional Service Manager, became Director of Business Development and became VP of Sales in January 2011. Randal began his career in the Health Care Industry in 1985. He has served in a wide variety of roles from Engineer, to Sales and Marketing. He has worked as Director of North American Service and Global Service Program Manager for other Medical Manufacturer's. Mr. Walker holds his Master's in Management from the University of Redlands.
Norman Rankin
Director, Parts Sales
Norman Rankin is the Director of parts and tube sale for Genesis. Norman has been part of the Genesis family for ten years now. He began his career within the medical industry with EMI as a field service engineer. Norman has worked at several different medical companies throughout the years including, Third Party Services as part of the field service management and sales team, Data Scan as a national service manager, R Squared as the Midwest service manager and Link Medical as the product support manager. Norman served at Picker as a manager of the refurbishment division for eight years prior to his start at Genesis in 2001.
Mike Ahmad
Director, Operations
Mike Ahmad is the Director of Operations and the Co-Founder of BioCare Clinical Engineering. He has been with BioCare since 2005. Prior to BioCare, Mike was a Biomedical senior director with Aramark CTS. Mike earned his Graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering.
