The staff and I at Northwestern Nasal & Sinus Associates, would like to take the opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate the hard work and professionalism of one or your engineers, Gus Conda. His preemptive approach to the maintenance of our scanner is apparent. In the past year since Gus has been our primary service engineer our down time has decreased dramatically. He has been consistent, reliable and has gone out of his way to make sure our needs are being met. His response time when responding to a service call or arriving for a scheduled PM has always been prompt. One of the many factors in our decision to re-sign our 60 month service agreement had a lot to do with Gus's responsiveness and reliability. Our high level of satisfaction with Genesis Medical Imaging as a whole was another. We look forward to continuing our professional relationship.

On behalf of TriMedx, Carondelet Health and myself, I wanted to thank you personally and Genesis Medical
Imaging for such outstanding work completing our two CT moves at St. Joseph and St. Mary's Medical Centers.
This was a project that had not been attempted before within Carondelet Health in Kansas City and the project
could not have gone any smoother and well ahead it's scheduled completion. Your assistance in planning,
coupled with the efficiency and effectiveness of your crew were the key ingredients for such a successful
outcome. I have received multiple compliments from the involved Directors, Managers, Staff and our Senior
Administration of how well this project went from beginning to end.
The work ethic, attention to detail, speed, efficiency and obvious experience that was demonstrated by Sinisa
Jevtic, Sasa Mitrovic and Bryan Greunberg was very impressive. Their sensitivity to patients and staff
during the process was very commendable and very much appreciated. We appreciated our local engineer, Dennis
Morin, making himself available during the weekend for the final calibrations and quality assurance testing
which gave us the confidence our equipment would be ready for patients on Monday as was promised.
You will be pleased to know that beginning the first day of operations, the scanner at St. Mary's began to
immediately reach its intended outcome of providing minimal wait times for our patients and achieved more
efficient processes for the technologist's at St. Joseph's. As our partners in service, I really appreciated
your time spent with me planning this project and Scott Ableson’s assistance leading up to this decision to
move versus purchase. I would certainly recommend Genesis Medical Imaging for any similar project and
commitment to service excellence demonstrated by you, Scott and your staff.

It has been a pleasure having Genesis service our GE CT scanners. As someone who
had only used the Manufacturer for service for my CT scanners, I was unsure what to
expect. What I appreciated was that when problems happened, they were addressed.
Your engineers communicated what they were going to do to get us back up and running
again.
In addition, as a director of a busy Diagnostic Imaging Department at Swedish
American Hospital, it is my experience in dealing with Geensis on all fronts that your
culture does allow for true customer service. The professionalism demonstrated by your
organization and the added value provided by your service agreements have been refreshing.
This type of service is what I think all directors and administrators are looking for
in their service providers.

On Tuesday, June 2 around 11:30 a.m., a radiology tech reported premature termination of scans on one of our MR
scanner. I went to the site, checked the error log and concluded that the problem was being generated by a faulty
RF amplifier or by erroneous amplifier power output monitoring. I quickly ruled out the amplifier and determined
that the root cause was the power monitoring circuitry.
The scanner was hard down and the patient backlog was growing. Needing a quick fix, I called the original equipment
manufacturer who provided an astronomical price quote that was unacceptable to the imaging director. I had no
time to negotiate a better price with the OEM.
Then I remembered Genesis Medical Imaging. I went to your web site, obtained contact information and was talking
to parts specialist Norman Rankin at 2:30 p.m. Mr. Rankin had all the information I needed at his finger tips
including current inventory and installation tips. He provided a price quote that was one quarter of the OEM quote.
I received the director’s approval to go ahead with the purchase and by 3:30 p.m. the replacement part was on a
delivery truck. It arrived at my office around 7:20 p.m. and successfully installed by 11:00 p.m.
When the radiology tech arrived the next day the scanner was up and running. She was able to work through the
backlog without further incident. The scanner has performed flawlessly ever since.
I would like to thank you and your team for the quick response that allowed our team to minimize the impact to
our patients.

I wanted to take a moment to express my feelings about using Genesis Medical Imaging.
We have had Genesis provide service for our MRI systems for many years and I can say that it
has always been a good experience. It is easy to say that just because we save on our
service agreements cost that we have to accept a lower quality of service. That is not
the case with Genesis. The service that we receive in my opinion is a good value for
the dollars we spend! We have received better and more personalized service from your
service engineers and all of the folks that we deal with at Genesis.
